Credit Reporting Disclaimers
- • No Credit Guarantee: We do not guarantee approval for any financial products; credit decisions are made solely by individual lenders
- • Score Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, credit scores may vary between reporting agencies and our normalization process
- • Third-Party Dependencies: Our services depend on data availability from credit bureaus and may be affected by their policies or technical issues
- • Regulatory Compliance: Credit reporting activities are subject to applicable consumer protection laws including FCRA, GDPR, and local regulations
FCRA Compliance (US Users)
For US-based background verification services, NeoCred operates as a Consumer Reporting Agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The following apply:

- • Pre-adverse action notices must be provided if negative action may be taken
- • Consumers have rights to dispute inaccurate information
- • Background reports cannot be used for non-permissible purposes

Response Time Commitments:
- • API Responses: Sub-second response time (< 500ms) for 95% of requests

- • Support Response: Initial response within 4 hours for Premium/Enterprise customers
Service Level Credits
If we fail to meet our SLA commitments, eligible customers may receive service credits:
- • Uptime Breach: 5% service credit for each hour below SLA threshold
- • Performance Breach: 10% service credit if response times exceed commitments for more than 1 hour
- • Credit Request Process: Must be requested within 30 days with supporting documentation
- • Maximum Credits: Service credits limited to 100% of monthly service fees
Planned Maintenance and Exceptions

Payment Terms and Policies

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neocred shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our platform or other users.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
